At Bottu, improving the working conditions of our employees is extremely important to us. This requires perfect risk management of occupational hazards they may face in the course of carrying out their mission.
This is why we have put in place concrete measures for prevention and risk management, and in a process of continuous improvement, we are permanently committed to strengthening these measures through rigorous and regular monitoring.
So as to formalize this commitment, Bottu engaged a process through which we achieved the certification of our health and safety management system in accordance with OHSAS 18001 V 2007 repository.
Integrated into all the functions and structures of Bottu, this system will promote the development of a mindset favoring prevention of occupational hazards and will help to create a safer, more stimulating and more productive work environment.
In July 2020, Bottu successfully gained the transition from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001, the standard that establishes now on the requirements for health, safety and well-being at work. This new certification reflects Bottu's commitments to further optimize the management of risks relating to health and safety and to promote well-being at work.
